Return or Exchange Policy
If you need to return or exchange your Item, please contact us to start the return process. Please note the following requirements for returns or exchanges:
- all returns must be postmarked within 45 days of the purchase date
- refunds will be made using the original payment method
- refunds will be for the product price only, not shipping
- all returned items must be received in the original packaging for full credit
- all returned items must be in new condition and have no visible signs of wear or use – filters must not show any dirt or hand prints
- all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser
- returned items will be assessed a 20% restocking fee
Return Process
To return a product, please contact us at customercare@sprayboothshop.com with your invoice number so we can give you an RMA number to place inside the package.
Then place the product securely in its original packaging with the RMA number and mail your return to the following address:
