Green Tacky Panel Filters
Many crossdraft style paint booths use Green Tacky Panel Filters. These filters are located either in the door of the booth or in a wall. This style of filter features a 2-ply polyester material with an integrated metal frame. Green Tacky Panel Filters also have a wax like tactifier to grab dust particles before it enters the booth. Tacky filters need replaced 3-4 times a year or more depending on the quality of air in your shop. Since these filters have air pass through them directly from the area outside of the booth, they can get clogged quicker by filler dust, dirt and other items that are commonly found in a paint shop
