Intake Ceiling Blanket Filters

In a downdraft style paint booth, air enters into the booth through the ceiling. In most cases air is filtered through a “blanket” like material that comes in many different sizes based off of the type of booth. This material looks similar to the material used in quilting but is specifically designed for paint booths.

Ceiling intake diffusion filters are:

• Polyester fiber
• Have a fabric surface to hold the polyester fiber in place and to catch any small particles
• Contains a wax like substance called tactifier to grab dust
• 90%+ efficient
• Should be changed at least 1-2 times a year
